Linette Semino is an Associate Broker with Warburg Realty and a Real Estate Board of New York certified New York Residential Specialist. Linette is a real estate contributor to Resident Magazine and her extensive knowledge of the Real Estate market has been highlighted in The New York Times, The New York Post and The Real Deal; among other publications. Linette has appeared as a real estate agent on MTV's hit show "The City" and on several episodes of HGTV's hit show about the New York's Real Estate market, "Selling New York". Linette has also appeared as a real estate expert on FOX 5 News.
Linette embarked on her real estate career in 2006 with an elite real estate sales and marketing company that specializes in luxury new developments and condominium conversions. During that time, Linette represented one of Manhattan's most active and nationally acclaimed real estate development companies. In 2009, Linette joined Warburg Realty where she was honored with the coveted "Rookie of The Year Award".
A graduate of New York University, Linette currently resides with her husband, an attorney and on-air legal analyst, on Fifth Avenue in Greenwich Village and spends time at her family's home in Kittery, Maine. Linette is fluent in Spanish.

Linette made the apartment searching process easy. She was exceptionally professional, and knows the NYC market very well.
